Service Description

A full language and literacy profile can be provided, which can identify the specific needs of your child in the areas of language comprehension and expression, as well as word recognition skills and decoding abilities. Natalie will investigate underlying language and/or sound awareness difficulties that may be contributing to literacy challenges. The areas of listening comprehension, word/letter and sound knowledge, phonological processing, rapid automatic naming, auditory memory and story-telling skills will be assessed using current normed and evidence-based tools with results comprehensively presented in a written report, including any diagnoses and recommendations. This service includes 2 x 45-minute sessions with your child (across 2 different days to avoid fatigue) and a 1.5 hour report writing timeslot.
